We begin by learning about you and your business. During our first meeting, we will meet with you and other key people at your company who will be involved in the recruiting process. In the initial meeting, we discuss the requirements of role. Subsequently, we will draft a detailed position description and candidate specification based on your input. Before the search, we work alongside with you to seek your consensus and agreement on the specification.
Through thorough research, networking within our contacts, database search and appropriate resources, we identify target companies and individuals who may be candidates or sources of candidates.
We often play an important role in negotiations. The negotiating process may involve a series of sensitive issues including compensation, relocation and details of the assignment.
This is taken most seriously. We conduct detailed reference checks focused on supervisors, peers and subordinates who have foster meaningful relationship with the candidate. The resulting report shall contains authentic and important information to assist hiring manager in decision making.
We will conduct phone screening for qualified and interested candidates. After phone screening, we will arrange for face-to-face interviews. We then present the suitable candidates, along with the insightful and objective assessment of their strengths and weaknesses in relation to your needs.
We follow up with both client and candidate during the year after completion of the assignment to make sure both parties are satisfied.
